ER70S-6 is a mild steel welding wire that contains higher levels of manganese and silicon than other standard grades of MIG wire to produce high quality welds when used on dirty, oily, or rusty steel. The high silicon content increases the fluidity of the weld pool, thus creating a smoother bead appearance and resulting in minimal post-weld grinding. This wire is engineered to provide porosity-free, x-ray quality welds at the highest tensile strength (as welded) of all the plain carbon steel wires. This product requires a shielding gas: CO2 and/or CO2 mix.

E71T-GS is an all-position, single-pass, flux cored welding wire designed to weld carbon steel. The unique quality of this product is that you do not have to use a shielding gas. E71TGS produces smooth arc action, low spatter, full slag coverage,and easy slag removal. The bead appearance is not equal to a gas shielded product, but the benefits of not having to use gas makes this product extremely popular. E71T-GS operates on DC straight polarity (DCEN). * Make sure your power source is set properly for a good, non-porous weld.

110C-G is a metal cored electrode designed for single and multiple pass welding using 98% Argon /2% O2 or 75% Argon /25% CO2 shielding gas welding having a smooth spray-arc transfer commonly used of carbon and low alloy steels, in the flat and horizontal positions, where a minimum tensile strength of 110,000 psi is required in the deposited weld metal. This wire normally used in high strength applications which will produce a chemical composition of 2 % nickel and 0.5 % molybdenum yielding strengths ranging from 80-110 ksi. Steels commonly welded with this grade would include HY-80, ASTM A710, ASTM A514 and similar grades. Metal cored 110 will exhibit superb deposition rates, weld appeal with very little spatter.

The E308LT1-1/4 stainless steel flux cored wire is made up from titanium slag and high purity 304 steel. Appropriate amount of ferrite has been added into the austenitic structure. Low carbon content in this extra low stainless steel wire is responsible for prominent intergranular corrosion resistance.Additionally, our stainless steel flux cored wire exhibits considerable weldability in all welding positions.

Stainless Steel Flux Cored Wire E316LT1-1 is a rutile type flux cored wire for low carbon 18%Cr-12%Ni-2%Mo stainless steel. It is used for all position welding with CO2 or Argon + CO2 mixed shielding gases. The wire recommended for high deposition rates in the flat and horizbontal position. 

ER4043:A silicon alloyed aluminum welding wire the welding of heat-treatable base alloys and more specifically, the 6xxx series alloys. It can also be used for joining wrought to cast materials and is less sensitive to weld cracking. Silicon in the wire increases Puddle fluidity, resulting in excellent operator appeal.

ER5356 is a general purpose aluminum-magnesium filler alloy with magnesium of 5%, typically chosen for its relatively high shear strength and it is a good choice for anodizing application. ER5356 has a high compatibility with various base metals.

ER5183:Designed to weld high magnesium alloys to meet higher tensile strength requirements. Used on 5083 and 5654 base materials, when required tensile strengths are 40 ksi(276Mpa)or greater.

Stainless steel to weld base metals of similar composition in wrought or cast form and dissimilar alloys like mild steel and the stainless steels; also weld type 304 and similar base metals where severe conditions may exist. Lower carbon content to reduce intergranular carbide precipitation. With high strength and good toughness over a wide range of temperatures.

E6011 is a mild-steel, all position electrode, which is designed primarily for use on AC power sources. It produces a strong arc force for deep penetration and a fine spray transfer that enhances operator appeal. Fast freezing or rapid solidification of the metal allows welding in the vertical and overhead position. Its light slag eliminates slag holes that are prevalent on some applications with other electrodes. This product can be suited in a wide range of applications.

E6013 is a mild-steel, all position, general purpose cellulose-base rod. It operates on AC or DC welding current and works well on low voltage AC machines. E6013 is an excellent choice where there is poor fit-up in the joint. It deposits easily and smoothly producing medium to shallow penetration. Small sizes are well adapted to low heat on thin metals. Medium to heavy slag is easily removed and provides for excellent weld cleaning action during the welding process. E6013 is a great selection for all types of mild steel fabrications for repairs where ease of operation and good bead appearance are required.

E7014 is a high-speed iron powder type electrode that can be used on AC or DC welding current. This electrode has smooth arc characteristics, good arc stability, low spatter and produces medium to low penetration. E7014 offers outstanding slag removal and bead appearance. E7018/E7018-1 is a low-hydrogen iron powder type electrode that produces high quality X-ray welds. It can be used in all positions on AC or DC reverse polarity welding current. E7018/E7018-1 is recommended for welding medium grade carbon steels where no preheat is used, and on cold rolled steels normally exhibiting excessive porosity when welded with conventional electrodes

Pure tungsten electrodes are the ones without any addition of oxide. This allows the tip to form a clean, balled end which provides good arc stability on AC. The power of electronic transgression is as high as 4.5ev. Requiring a high voltage for arc derivation, it has a low current capacity and is easily burnt. It’s good for application under the condition of AC and in the situation of low welding requirements.

Compound Tungsten Electrode is the Tungsten material with two or more rare earth oxide additives. Every additive works to the benefit of others and serves as a complement at the same time to make its welding performance more outstanding.

Zirconated tungsten electrodes are good at the performance in AC welding, especially under high load current. These electrodes can retain a balled end when welding, which results in less tungsten permeation and good corrosion resistance.It balls up well in AC welding and has a more stable arc than pure tungsten.Especially with excellent performance in high load AC welding,it is not replacable by any other electrodes.It also resists contaminationwell in AC welding.

Lanthanum -Tungsten Electrode is well known for its good welding performance .It is the electrode added with 1-2% of La2O3.The power of its electronic transgression is  2.7-2.8ev ,bearing the closest features to those of the  Thorium - Tungsten Electrode. Its arc features and burn spoilage endurance used with small and medium currents.

Cerium-Tungsten is a non-radioactive material. Cerium tungsten electrodes are the electrodes of tungsten added with 2%of CeO2.The power of its electronic transgression is 2.4ev,less than that of thorium-tungsten electrode .Its arc derivation voltage is also lower with better arc derivation function and higher arc power stability.The current allowed under the condition of anode direct current is higher and the burn spoilage is smaller.

2% Thoriated Tungsten contains a nominal 2 wt-% or thorium oxide (ThO2) that is evenly dispersed throughout the entire length of the Tungsten. The most common type of Tungsten used today. Thoriated tungsten electrodes provides excellent resistance from weld pool contamination while at the same time offers the welder easier arc starting capabilities and a more stable arc.

The Yttrium Tungsten Electrodes are made of the material of tungsten and YO2. Normally they are added with 1.80%~2.2% YO2 and recognized by the end color of blue. 

Silver tungsten electrode, also called silver tungsten rod and silver tungsten bar, is the alloy of tungsten and silver. Since the mutual solubility of tungsten and silver is too low, so they can only be made by powder metallurgy and pressing method.
